    START HERE: Examine

    Step 1: EXAMINE: to look at (something) closely and carefully in order to learn more about it, to find problems, etc., ; to test or look carefully at (something or someone) for signs of illness or injury; to question;   (Stop and paint a picture)

    Questions to ponder:

    1. Who do I want to be/become?
    2. Where do I want to go/be?
    3. What do I want to do?
    4. How do I want to live?

    Evaluate

    Step 2: EVALUATE: to determine or fix the value of; to determine the significance, worth or condition of usually by careful appraisal or study;

    Questions to ponder:

    1. Where am I now in terms of my goals, visions, dreams or area of change?
    2. What is my current reality?
    Explore

    Step 3: EXPLORE: to look at (something) in a careful way to learn more about it; to study or analyze (something) to talk or think about (something) in a thoughtful and detailed way; to learn about (something) by trying it; (Possibilities, Roadblocks, Options, Barriers-P.R.O.B.)

    Questions to ponder:

    1. What do I need to get there?
    2. How do I get there?
    3. What obstacles/roadblocks may I encounter on my journey to my destination?
    Execute

    Step 4: EXECUTE: to carry out fully: put completely into effect; to do what is provided or required; to make or produce, especially by carrying out a design; to perform what is required to give validity to;

    Questions to ponder:

    1. What are my actions steps to get where I want to go, to become who I want to be or to do what I want to do (to achieve the goal)?
    END HERE: Excel

    Step 5: EXCEL: To surpass others or be superior in some respect or area; do extremely well;

    Questions to ponder:

    1. Am I doing well in this area of my dream, goal, idea, vision or area of change?
    2. Is it well enough to considered sustainable? Am I able to now maintain this dream, goal, idea, vision or area of change on my own?
